Workouts are pre-recorded and available 24/7 in the members area, perfect for working out from home and adding exercise into your current lifestyle rather than having to make sacrifices, especially with your time. Our pyramid workouts are a fun, high intensity cardio session. These sessions are a little challenging but if you are ready for the challenge, get ready for this spicy challenge. If you don't fancy something high impact, give non impact cardio a try!
Non Impact Cardio
Non Impact Cardio is the perfect alternative for a good seaty workout without any impact, perfect if you are just getting started with exercise, you don't like jumping movement or returning from injury.
Our resistance band workouts are great as mini loop bands are a cost effective solution to workout equipment and can be done anywhere! This workout is a great way to tone up and get strong.
Strength & Conditioning
Love using weights? Love getting sweaty? A combination of strength and endurance that will get the heart rate up and work those muscles.
Enjoy some kicking and punching? The perfect way to take out the day's frustrations - a fun cardio workout with a combat twist.
Susan is our lovely Yoga instructor. Yoga is an amazing workout i'd recommend to everyone. Relax the mind, practice your breathing whilst getting into postures to get strong and improve your flexibility.
It's Zumba time with Charlie. Love a good dance? Well Charlie is our Zumba queen. Get those dancing shoes on, close the curtains and get ready to boogie!
