TOP TIPS for a BIG, HIGH VOLUME meal:

➡️ Grab a big bowl; or a plate with curved edges if you’re me👌🏼
➡️ Add 2-3 servings (approx. 80grams) of fruit or veg
➡️ Then add some fats and/or carbs
