With over 250+ on demand workouts, you can exercise with me anytime! We have something for EVERYONE. Our range of workouts include: strength, cardio, core strength, flexibility and mobility. Workouts are pre-recorded and available 24/7 in the members area, perfect for working out from home and adding exercise into your current lifestyle rather than having to make sacrifices, especially with your time.
Within RDF we have a wide range of workouts with and without equipment. Our dumbbell, kettlebell, resistance band workouts all require equipment (dumbbells, a single kettlebell, & a pack of mini loop bands (latex / not fabric). However, if you aren't in a position to get equipment at the moment, we have many workouts suitable, from core to cardio.
We now have workouts if you are just getting started, we want RDF to be a programme for every woman,no matter what stage of life you are in. If you haven't exercised before, we have workouts and programmes suitable for you, including exercise adaptions throughout.
Of course - our RDF workouts are pre scheduled and pre recorded so you have the flexibility to fit these into your lifestyle anytime. We will run occasional LIVE workouts via our FB community group which will be at set times but don't worry if you miss them, you can catch up anytime.
Of course! Our NEW RDF website has you covered, I have created the new programme so when you sign up you complete a questionnaire, this questionnaire matches the best workouts / programmes suitable for you, your experience and your goals. This will really help take the thought out of exercise and so you have something to follow.
No, not at all! With RDF you cancel ANYTIME. We don't even ask for 30 days notice.
You simply can cancel your subscription within your account at anytime and if you wish to rejoin, you log back in and resubscribe :)
Our RDF programme is £12 per month with absolutely no catches, often people think it's too good to be true but I created our RDF programme by mistake at the start of the pandemic and realised that I was able to help so many people. My mission is to keep our programme as low cost as possible to ensure everyone can access exercise and nutrition advice.
